Living with Bipolar Disorder! What's interesting about this disorder is most Manic's enjoy the mania!!!! I know I do!!! I feel so lost without the mania it's not even funny.... One of the most common symptoms for bipolar disorder is the feeling of grandiose or superiority! Well, believe me, when I feel this way, I get a whole lot more accomplished than when I feel depressed and overwhelmed. It may be dangerous, but it seems so much more productive than being the normal bore without feelings of greatness. I was searching through youtube the other day, and found an awesome video, which I totally related too. Yet at the same time the video helped describe the symptoms more detailed and more realistically than just listening to some health guru describe them....so I'm posting it in my blog for your review. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZbQBnRx5LM Please leave me some comments regarding your thoughts, and especially if you disagree....

Another symptom I seem to enjoy or never want to let go of, my spending sprees. Now I'm very aware that this has caused me plenty of bad debt, that my family and I don't need; however, it seems to be the only time I'll actually shop for myself. I generally deprive myself of nice things because I strongly feel like I can purchase them much cheaper, and obtain the same value. Yet, this is never true! The cheaper products always seem to rip or tear easier, or shrink after one wash. This never seems to be a problem when I splurge and believe enough in myself to purchase a reasonably priced item from a retail store where the product is name brand or suppose to be retail valued.
