Living With Being Bipolar

Yesterday, the kids begged me to put up the Christmas decorations for this year.  Of course, this was not exciting thought at first; however, I just started with my kids putting the tree together with me just directed.  After about 10 minutes of watching them put it together, there excitement spilled on me, and I started taking pictures of them putting the decorations on the tree.  Putting up the lights was even more exciting to them, because we've never had lights anywhere except on the Christmas tree since they been in the world.  But now, I actually have a string of lights that we could hang on the one little window we have in the living room.  Now this really excited the youngest one, and then the oldest started getting thrilled about placing the lights up in an order that looked nice to her.... There are a number of useful free tests online to help self assess whether bipolar disorder is something you should be concerning yourself about based on your symptoms or signs.  You're the best advocate for your self out here in this desert of a world, so it's best to start by advocating for your signs or recurring symptoms.  The moment I was diagnosed, I felt such a huge release.  I mean I totally know that I was struggling with lack of energy and desire, but it seems far more than that.  Usually I could fight my way through the feeling to just go back to bed or get up and go about my daily tasks with a few mental motivationalthoughts.... like "Get up, girl!", "You can do it", "You have to get up!".... then after realizing that none of my mental hype was working any more.  I couldn't figure out what was going on... I know I needed my job, but I just couldn't get up and go to work.... What!  I knew it was INSANITY, but I couldn't figh...
